Position: Market Surveillance Associates

Duties and Responsibilities
• Review and analyze daily reports to monitor market activities and prepare periodic reports.
• Analyst is assigned one or more commodities and is responsible for monitoring all aspects of those commodities.
• Prepare materials for presentation to the respective control committee.
• On discovery of apparent violations or abnormalities, conduct an inquiry into the issue and alert the Market Surveillance Manager.
• Travel to regional warehouses routinely and conduct market surveillance analysis.

Required Qualification and Experience:
• Bachelors in Management, Marketing, Business, Economics or Finance. Masters degree in Business Administration is an asset.
• Three to five years related work experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven analytical, creative thinking, and decision making... abilities.
• Thorough knowledge of Accounting/Auditing, Banking, Trading, Economic Analysis, Information Systems, and Research Methodology.
• Excellent computer and writing skills
