Job Summary:
The position holder will be responsible for the designing and implementation of the training programs for the Institute.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Specialist will be required to manage the team of external trainers as resources for training;
- He will be responsible for the smooth delivery of the training program and will be required to ensure that the training program is properly designed, material is developed, and faculty resources are planned for delivery of the course;
- Plan and overall management of the course up to award to the certificate;
- Under the supervision of the Training And Education Manager, the Specialist will be required to develop and implement the training program for the market actors and stakeholders;
- He will also be required to plan and organize seminars and workshops for different market actors and stake holders.
