DESCRIPTION

1.Experienced in "audio, video and access control products", capable to lead product design and development by reviewing risk & feasibility study considering tooling, molding process, and assembly.
2. Lead and drive suppliers in design jobs from RFQ, NPI to MP and co-work stakeholders in verify functional achievement, issue debugging and resolving issues from mechanics, material, and reliability performance by DOE planning
3. Knowledgeable in plastic injection molding, painting, printing & related cosmetic treatment for plastic parts, and capable to define and optimize process per design request
4. Knowledgeable in metal processing, stamping, die-casting, extrusion , CNC and cosmetic process as ED & anodizing, and capable to define and optimize process per design request
5. Well know product development flow and cycle and skillful capability of 2D/3D CAD building
6. Knowledgeable in SPC & 6-sigma quality system and specifications of ME related fields, and capable to... implement design-for-quality methodology in define and qualify components, module and device.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Master degree in Mechanical engineering and related
• 5 plus years design experience in video electronic product like IOT devices, IP camera, access control related.
• Familiar tooling structure, manufacturing process in plastic & metal parts
• Familiarity with Creo

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Independent and strong mind in cross function communication, multi-nations team-work and ODM supplier management
• Patience and willing to handle the ambiguity
