We are now looking for Engineering Managers that will help us lead our technical teams towards success. We expect our candidates to bring a solid experience in leading geographically distributed teams and capable of enabling the strengths of our talent.
• Lead multicultural engineering teams located in different countries across the globe;
• Understand and promote software development best practices across the organization;
• Assume a servant leadership approach, with enough flexibility to go from strategic decisions to day to day challenges;
• Reinforce a solution driven mindset, fostering the ability to focus on solving challenges and learning from all... situations;
• Build strong relationships with the team, creating a psychologically safe environment where innovation is rewarded;
• Act as a facilitator for teamwork and collaboration within and outside the team’s scope;
• Negotiate technical roadmap with business partners, being able to challenge the suggestions made by Product Owners and offer different approaches to concrete milestones;
• Build a strong knowledge base that avoids single points of failure within the team and promotes individual rotation within multiple teams;
• Travel recurrently to meet the teams onsite and drive concrete events that foster Cardo’s culture and values;
• Own performance management, guaranteeing the full review cycle by providing recurrent feedback, avoiding surprises and acting on small crisis;
• Define concrete actions to follow performance reviews, leveraging the results and acting according to plan;
• Coach team members on building a clear development plan that connects individual motivations with company strategy;
• Own the execution of team’s technical roadmap according to plan, shielding the team from possible external distractions and publicly recognizing the right behaviors;

We help institutional investors and credit originators manage private debt investments through a next generation technology and data science. Our mission is to bring transparency, efficiency and artificial intelligence in the world’s private fixed income market. We are specialized in the alternative lending asset class, such as peer to peer lending, real estate crowdfunding and invoice trading.
Private debt markets are challenging and fragmented. No common standards on asset classes and no trading protocol exist. Due-diligence, data treatment, risk analysis, reporting and monitoring requires a lot of effort and expertise.
With Cardo AI technology and artificial intelligence algorithms institutional investors will have one source of truth with standardized and normalized data, single deal transparency, smart allocation system,
portfolio creation functionality, reporting and monitoring to external investors and regulatory bodies.
