Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor t o join our award-winning team based in Al Ula, Saudi Arabia.

This position is responsible for leading the pre-construction supervision... team to ensure the co-ordination between design and delivery teams achieves the overall vision of the project. The role will encompass liaising with the client and key stakeholders, oversight on contracts, procurement and value engineering.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

- Develop and maintain professional and meaningful relationships with the client to ensure program and project requirements are being satisfied.

- Ensure the delivery of the contracted Design and Construction Management services to the client.

- Manage and direct the development and maintenance of the program and project schedules for all phases of the project including procurement, planning, design and construction.

- Ensuring compliance with all KEO internal processes and procedures.

- Previous experience in managing procurement of large design and build projects.

- Strong leadership, people and management skills and business acumen.

- Effective verbal and written communication proficiency.

- Prior experience ensuring projects and programs meet financial objectives.

- Time management and task prioritization skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
