SC Johnson Israel, a subsidiary of SC Johnson & Son is looking for a passionate Finance Business Partner (Associate Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis), responsible for supporting the business in reaching the commercial targets, managing business cases to support new launch decisions, monthly forecast update and performance analysis, product pricing and more. The goal is to advise and support the business partners to deliver consistent, competitive, profitable, and sustainable growth, in the short and long run.
This role also includes the supervision of the accounting activities and direct management of 2 contractors.

Job Description & Key Responsibilities

 Prepare and analyze financial performance of the company. This includes analysis of actual results, updating the financial forecast, and budget controls.
 Support the Country Lead and the business partners (e.g. marketing, supply chain) in providing financial analysis required, e.g. business cases to support decision making, other types of analysis to provide insights and support strategic decisions, etc.
 Participate in core business meetings, provide financial advice and viewpoints, and provide support in meeting preparations as required.
 Co-ordinate with regional finance teams in matters relating to category business, as required.
 Support other financial analysis for company projects as needed.
 Support in preparing reports (e.g. monthly, quarterly, annual statutory reports and ad-hoc requests for Global reporting submission) as required.
 Ensure control framework are in place (in line with global policies) and leading internal and external audits.
 Reporting into the Regional Finance Planning & Analysis Director and into the Country Lead as dotted line.
 Manages 2 direct reports: the bookkeeper and the financial analyst.

Qualifications

 Bachelor/Master’s Degree, in related field (e.g. Business/Finance/Economics/Accounting/etc.).
 5-10 years’ experience in Commercial Finance/FP&A role from FMCG companies/Retailers
 Accountable, Cautiousness in ensuring accuracy
 Analytical skills and sound logic
 Business-minded, with good financial understanding
 Agility, flexibility, willingness to learn
 Can do attitude, proactive and ability to lead
 Managerial experience preferred
 Experience in working in a matrix environment and in global organizations
 High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools
 English fluent
