• Responding to and resolving customer inquiries and technical issues through our helpdesk ticketing system or other communication channels, such as phone or email.

• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues for customers, which may include diagnosing problems, providing solutions, or escalating to other team members if necessary.

• Documenting and tracking all customer interactions and technical issues in our ticketing system, including the steps taken to resolve each issue.

• Collaborating with other IT team members to identify and resolve more complex technical issues, as well as to provide input on potential improvements to our systems and processes.

• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with customers, including providing timely updates and clear communication throughout the support process.
