Job Summary:

·Development of marketing strategy for Uganda
and all East Africa

·Assistance in all important steps for the
initial establishment of the company

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

·Development of go to market strategy

·Identification and management of suitable
marketing channels

·Development and implementation of marketing
plan for each product

·Setting and coordination of marketing
schedules with all stakeholders

·Development and implementation of pricing
strategy for each product

·Gathering information, conducting research
and analysis to evaluate customer needs and market trends to improve marketing
& sales performance

·Establishment of brand in the local market,
creating brand awareness

·Management of product positioning and branding,
primary packaging

·Regular reporting to management

·Supporting customer relationships, meeting
with clients

·Monitoring of competitor activities

·Supporting the process of setting-up the
local production ... company

·Representation at trade shows

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·The ideal candidate must have a Degree in
Marketing

·Previous experience as Marketing and/or Sales
Executive

·Experience in cosmetics industry / Business
administration

·Knowledge in field of business administration
(sales and/or marketing)

·Strong communication skills with all
stakeholders (verbal and written)

·Strong problem-solving skills and
adaptability

·Excellent organizational and time management
skills

·Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office

·Treats people with respect

·Works with integrity and respects ethical
aspects

·Follows policies and procedures

·Completes administrative tasks correctly and
on time

·Keeps commitments

·Is self-motivated, working with passion

·Creativity
