Job Title: Client Service In-Charge

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Service In-Charge to oversee our client service department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to our clients, maintaining high client satisfaction levels, and working collaboratively with the management team to meet the company's goals and objectives.
• Manage and lead a team responsible for client services.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and complaints.
• Ensure that all customer service inquiries are addressed in a timely manner and resolved to the satisfaction of the client.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure high client... retention rates.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient functioning of the client service department.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service delivery and implement changes as needed.
• Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive customer satisfaction.
• Manage the department budget and ensure that expenditures are within the approved budget.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
• CA course completed or partly or full qualified ACCA/ICAMA or if you’ve no accounting professional education/training, but if you’re Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field and you’re confident enough and think that you’re a suitable candidate you can apply
• Minimum 2 years of experience in client service management, preferably in the consulting and regulatory services.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret customer service metrics.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
