We are an architectural and construction office based in Yerevan with +10 residential and commercial projects. Our team is seeking architects and 3D visualizers to join us.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

The candidate as an architect should have architectural design experience with residential and commercial projects, although other backgrounds are welcome and will be considered.

This position requires a well-rounded individual with the ability and experience to work from the concept phase through construction administration.

Architect role:

• Architectural Planning and design development.

• Architectural drawings and documentation preparation.

3D Visualizer:

• Preparing interior and exterior scenes.

• Preparing architectural presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or higher degree in architecture.

• +2 years of architectural work experience.

• Proficient knowledge of construction and materials.

• Proficient knowledge of AutoCAD, Autodesk 3Ds Max... Corona/Vray(Lumion/Enscape is an asset).

• Knowledge of Revit is a must
