• At least a minimum of one (2) years of experience in a similar role in a star hotel and/or resort
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lead a diverse team
• Working knowledge of computer systems including MS Office
