Job Description:
• Leading a team of engineers (QS, Structure Engineer, MEP Engineer, Drafter, Procurement, Scheduler, etc) in preparation of technical submissions for pre-tender qualification and tender preparation
• Project Tendering
• Planning and designing of BOQ, Civil works, MEP works, Structure works, etc.
• Review and check of BOQ, Civil works, MEP works, Structure works, etc.
• Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes during tender stage.

Requirements:
• Min. Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Have experience at least 10 years of project tendering experience in commercial & residence (Hotel, Villa, construction, etc).
• Min. 38 years old & Max. 45 years old
• Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills.
• Confident & strong individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team.
• Fluent in English.
• Placement in Bali (Point Of Hire Bali).
