- 8-year experience in the field of design in engineering offices, preferably experienced Saudi Code & Market.

- Willingness and spirit of innovation and uniqueness with modern and unique designs that keep pace with modern construction

- Fluent in executing architectural plans

- Familiar with the requirements and issuance of licenses and permits

- The ability to time manage the architectural tasks, distribute and master conceptual designs

- Fluent in using architectural drawing programs, Revit, AutoCAD, Architectural Shelf, 3D
