Job Description
We are Looking for a Project manager for one of our clients based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

Title: Project Manager

Experience: 5-7 years’ relevant experience in constructional projects management and execution

Reports to: Sr. Manager – Business Support

Role Summary: To manage, formulate and execute capital projects, ensuring project progress, resolving issues, minimizing risks and improving project performance in collaboration with relevant external and internal stakeholders, to ensure meeting requirements and successful delivery of projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Core Accountability

§ Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the approved Budget and time frame schedule by Initiating, planning, execution and closure of projects as per customers requirement by translating these requirements into a project plan for assigned projects.

§ Manage and coordinate with both consultant and contractor to execute the project according to agreed materials... quality as documented in BOQ.

§ Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation, with ensuring approved actions are documented and kept for further reference when required.

§ Ensure projects progress against plan and ensure risk, challenges and issues are identified, escalated and resolved to ensure smooth and successful delivery of projects.

§ Attend with stakeholders’ tenders opening, then make the study to evaluate and compare the received biddings and provide professional recommendation to management

§ Conduct visit report on a regular basis of the assigned projects and monitor the execution phase and submit progress reports to the line manager when required.

§ Manage contractors and monitor delivery of service to ensure compliance with contracts and service agreement

§ Adhere to the Capital Projects framework process and procedures as well as acting and reporting of any breaches of rules, policies, and guidelines.

2.Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures

• Adhere with direction for the development and implementation of organizational unit’s policies, systems, processes and procedures, identifying potential areas of improvement to ensure efficient and effective operation.

• Comply with corporate requirements on adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to all relevant regulatory directives to ensure a safe and risk-free environment.

Qualification, Experience & Skills

Qualification

∙ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical /Civil Engineering
∙ SCE membership (required)
∙ Preferable project management certificates.

Experience

5-7 years’ relevant experience in constructional projects management and execution

• Strong problem detection and solving abilities
• Multi tasking ability
• Advance Stakeholders and Project Management skills
• English and Arabic language (Written & Spoken)
• Ability to read and translate diagrams and shop drawings.
