RECfinancial is supporting a UK wide recognised brand in their search to appoint a Commercial Finance Manager. The role is to be based at the firm's Leicestershire HQ, which is commutable distance from all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire, Coventry / Warwickshire, Derby, Nottingham and Northamptonshire.

Reporting to and supporting the CFO, this exciting Commercial Finance Manager role is being appointed at a really exciting time for the business as they move to be a more data lead business through insights and commercial business partnering.

The role will touch all areas of the business as they move to drive the business through robust commercial and finance information. The role will drive the firms budgeting & forecasting cycles and lead the information that is delivered to the business post month end on its performance metrics. You will be supporting the senior leadership team to make informed decisions to drive profitability and margin at all opportunities.

They are keen to... hire a candidate who is qualified in either the CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification and who has the experience of working with a SLT to drive margin and commercial understanding - it's likely that you come from a Management Accounting background and be in a role that has considerable commercial exposure.

The role has a salary range of between £65,000 and £72,000 plus benefits
