We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our San Juan office.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in residential, institutional, site design, and construction life cycle.
• EIT License required; PE License preferred.
• CIAPR Membership isrequired.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D (required)
• Proficiency in Revit (preferred)
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team.

Responsibilities include:
• Develop sketches, diagrams, design alternatives, calculations, and construction drawings under the supervision of an experienced civil engineer.
•... Assist with project scope, schedule, budgets, documentation, submittals, quality, communications, and discipline coordination.
• Work with MEP, Structural Engineering, and Architecture Departments on multi-disciplinary projects.
• Attend project/client meetings.
• Assist with report writing and development of contract documents.
• Proven communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field and to make on-site evaluations.
• Ability to prepare clear and concise Construction Observation Reports.
• Ability to review Submittals, RFI's, Change Orders, and Certification of Payments.

• 50% (Preferred)
