Senior Accounting Associate

Our Controller Services team focuses on supporting our clients with high value information to

enable informed decision making on their critical business needs.

The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting

and budgeting, and customer billing across multiple clients / businesses. They will be organized

and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.

This position will have moderate client exposure so the ideal candidate should be comfortable

interacting with clients, participating in discussions, and supporting day-to-day project delivery

activities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee & Develop Financial Reporting Processes
• Execute monthly close activities including managing with junior team members
• Create month end financial reports & compliance documentation
• Maintain tax compliance activities and coordinate with outside tax counsel
• Interact directly with internal and external audit teams on... behalf of clients
• Assist in the timely management and high-quality delivery of client projects
• Build relationships with key client stakeholders in a variety of industries
In addition, the Senior Accounting Associate will be expected to have:

• Prior project management experience in ensuring timely delivery of project goals within
specified budgets

• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word
• Strong communication, business writing, and presentation skills, both internally and in
client-facing contexts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or a related course of study, required;
• CPA designation or MBA preferred;
• 5+ years of work experience; public accounting or financial analysis preferred
• Advanced English
