About the role and our team
Join our team as a Senior Project Manager within the Public Estates and Housing Division for the Department of Infrastructure!
In this role, you will help manage a range of capital and minor capital projects from design through to construction and handover.
You will be a key member of the Department’s Project Management Unit, providing project management expertise and skills within a multi-disciplinary team that provides construction, design and maintenance services for the Department and other Government agencies. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of a range of construction and related projects in the Isle of Man Government’s capital programme by working in partnership with officers and external partners.
We are looking for a construction industry professional with a science/arts degree in engineering, surveying or architecture and hold full membership of the relevant professional body e.g. Association for Project Management (APM... RICS, ICE or RIBA, as well as great communication and organisational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing environments well.
