The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager who will be responsible for the... continued growth and expansion of our proprietary Mobile Payments and Content Distribution platform.

Within the role you’ll be involved in planning, conceptualization and integration of some of the world's leading API payment gateway providers, mobile aggregators, advertising networks and content distributors alike.

In this role you will coordinate both internal and external stakeholders in different time zones to determine the most efficient and cost-effective approach to integrate Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) and PSMS payment methods aimed at successful expansion of the business into new markets as well as maximizing the profits in the existing ones.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
• Take full ownership of existing and new mobile payment and MVAS service integrations including but not limited to Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) and Premium SMS API payment methods
• Lead the MVAS service planning and configuration process including but not limited to reviewing billing and transaction notifications, providing service flow optimization solutions, conducting mobile flow tests & trouble-shooting etc.
• Lead and facilitate daily Scrums, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Manage user flows, internal and external user authentication processes, metadata, security measures etc.
• Read and assess 3rd party’s API documentations, propose solutions and workarounds aimed at achieving competitive advantage on the market
• Take full ownership of existing and new Ad Network API integrations incl. but not limited to Google, Facebook, and others
• Translate business needs into technical solutions through effective communication with various internal and external stakeholders and teams
• Become the main point of contact for external gateway partners and their corresponding team members
• Communicate project progress and risks to stakeholders

Ideal Profile

Skills Required
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in a similar role within the MVAS industry
• Proven track record integrating and launching successful DCB and PSMS products
• Proficiency in Scrum and Agile Project Management
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Great attention to detail and go-getter attitude
• English fluency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
