Our client an international logistics company is urgently looking for a Manager Supply chain Operations who will primarily be responsible for all areas of supply planning and inventory management of HoReCa Sales and 3PL 4PL trading module including service delivery inventory optimization and supply chain analytics and reporting Your other responsibilities will include but are not limited to Foster and maintain strong working relationships with brands and internal operations so that inventory supply plans and inventory levels are fully understood by all Built the Supply Chain department from the ground up creating new roles and reporting structures To ensure that supply planning is consistent and optimized versus the forecasts demand planning Right inventory and optimize supply plans including safety stocks positioning Developed new processes including weekly inventory and monthly KPI reporting new contract revision techniques with 3PL and Clearing Agents and OOS Expiry and Promotion... handling processes Deliver monthly fill rate and inventory projections drawing insights and delivering course correction where needed Support process integration with the Demand Planning Retail Supply Chain and Distribution Logistics functions Monitor and optimize lead times and MOQs with all suppliers working together with Procurement To maintain correct planning parameters in order to drive the SAP APO planning system and optimize our Inventory Deliver continuous improvement in service delivery through robust root cause analysis Requirements To be considered for this role you must possess the following criteria Minimum 5 7 years ofExperience in the food Industry Supply Chain Logistics operations at a managerial level Possess fundamental Supply Chain knowledge MRP Good IT skills Ms Office etc Strong competency in Excel ERP tools Sound decisionmaking and problemsolving skills Adapts to change and prioritizes for highend results Acts with initiative and passion for success Responsive dependable and follows through To view other vacancies we have please check our website and follow us on our social media accounts
