To lead the Country OTC team, develop and implement of marketing strategies, goals and operational plans.
Job description:
• The delivery organization objectives through effective leadership and management of the marketing team and effective working relationships with relevant internal functions
• To ensure resources are used in an optimal manner and the marketing team does not exceed agreed expenditure budgets.
• To determine in conjunction with relevant personnel the appropriate portfolio mix/focus based on optimal resource allocation, internal capability, market fit, competitive dynamics and corporate expectations.
• To manage through the marketing/product management team the MPH, marketing/
annual operating planning process.

Requirements:
• University degree in Science and /or degree in Business marketing or clinical research
• 7-10 years marketing experience within pharmaceutical industry, inclusive 3 years in management position;
• Strong leadership skills to manage marketing... staff;
• Well-developed planning and resource allocation skills;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Sensitive to the pharmaceutical market and strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Russian and English languages.
