What you’ll be doing Responsible for the daily operations of the store, including permanent control over product assortment and quality, expiry dates, layout, inventory and stock management Improvement and development of store operations Managing the process of ordering and receiving products Managing different types of documentation of the store based on the existing requirements Managing a team of 10-15 people. Creating a motivating environment for employees and ensuring high-quality work performance Planning and management of team shifts and work schedules in the corresponding program If necessary, timely communication with customers and ensuring their satisfaction Qualifications Our humble expectations You have previous leadership experience. A fast learner with the ability to multitask. Proactive and service-minded are words that describe you. Data-driven and analytical, you use data to help improve and develop. Experience from working in a grocery store is a plus. Fluent level of Azerbaijani and English.
