Our expertise is the design and manufacture of communications-based specialty products – engineered components and subsystems – for demanding military, space, commercial aerospace/industrial, and telecom infrastructure applications where function and reliability are crucial.

Works with a team in the engineering organization to design filter centric integrated microwave assemblies such as switched filter banks, multiplexers, filtered LNA's, frequency multipliers, switches... and frequency conversion products that will be prototyped and then produced in a manufacturing environment.

Works on a diverse set of projects. It is very important to be hands-on, willing to learn, and be comfortable in working in a dynamic environment of varying requirements and tasks.

Reviews customer requests (RFQ's or RFI's) for feasibility and predicts benchmark performance.

Works independently on difficult notional ideas or requirements to provide manufacturable products.

Uses design linear, non-linear, 3D, synthesis simulation/modeling software such as Genesys, Microwave Office, PCFilt, Fil Syn, Touchtone, Eagleware, CST, Sonnet, HSFS, Solid Works, Inventor, etc to create product designs.

Performs cascade analysis and link budgets.

Performs costing and recommends pricing guidelines based on market understanding.

Interacts with customers (and sales) to understand (and develop) customer specifications

Interfaces with production to continually improve design and design methodologies.

Creates and manages the creation of engineering prototypes.
