Responsible Planning, Implementation, Operation, Maintenance and support of Voice Core and Access Network elements.

Quality assurance for all Fixed Voice services - Core and Access levels
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
• Ensures proper monitoring and reporting of voice Core network elements through the preparation of maintenance and service calls load distribution.
• Ensures that all offered access level services are in... accordance with management criteria
• Ensures customers’ centricity through all process and feedback
• Support Technology Strategy in identifying upgrade of Voice core networks, and retirement of legacy network equipment
• Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise
• In Depth understanding of systems capabilities (Core and access), hands on experience with best practices and technologies that fulfil customer needs.
• Creation of best-practice guidelines and documentation new IP Telephony / TELES rollouts.
• DIDs management
• Expected to provide out of hours, on-call support for critical systems on a shift basis and, where necessary, work the occasional weekend/evening to perform maintenance, upgrades, and repairs or troubleshooting.
• Communication with Vendor for Support / Modification requests and raise TTs
• Drive innovation for Voice Core solutions, which are aligned with new technologies and business strategies.
• Proactive Monitoring of Capacity utilisation, performance metrics on equipment’s, features and services and relevant actions towards growth, optimisation, re-engineering as required in line with business priorities
• Project management and supervision of Voice Core network. capacity expansion and modernization
• Documentation of all the Planning, Engineering and Design of Network elements and architectures and updating the legacy documentation in line with changes in the business and Technology environment
• To provide technical support in both a proactive and reactive manner, ensuring systems are stable and performing within the terms of their respective Service Level Agreements.
• To design and implement new UC/PBX infrastructure, as well as provide monitoring, capacity planning to customer of the existing estate.
• To evaluate and apply any necessary security patches, hotfixes, service packs and hardware updates.
• To work with other members of the UC/PBX team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise, working with vendor support where necessary.
• To deliver results within given time frames, ensuring that work is well documented

• Highlights project issues to senior management and make recommendations for improvements Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Telecommunication/ Computer/ Electronics Engineering or related discipline and appropriate registration with a recognised professional institute.
• Degree shall be dully approved by Kuwait Society of Engineers Other Information:
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ISP Voice Core and access engineering including Project Management experience
• Required experience with ISP/Telecommunication network
• Good knowledge of SIP, ISP, GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G technologies
• Good Knowledge in Security and IP concept
• Good working knowledge on Windows applications (e.g. MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project etc.)
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic would be an advantageStrong Technical & Analytical skills
• Project Management skills
• Quick learner and self-starter, with a willingness to be abreast with the latest technologies to be successful
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills with the ability to elaborate complex technologies to peers and management
• Strong knowledge of working with multivendor
