A secondary school in Windsor are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. They are looking for a candidate who is committed and will stay for the duration of the academic year.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will gain hands on experience in a classroom environment, and learn how to motivate, inspire and educate students.

By working in a classroom setting, you will learn all the skills needed to manage behaviour, support pupils with EHCPs (Education and Health Care Plans) and support those learners who need a little extra help meeting their academic goals. All these skills will surely make you stand out... when applying for teacher training courses!

The ideal candidate for this role needs to be caring, passionate and resilient. Confidence in managing behaviour will also be advantageous. Experience working with children is desirable but not essential. Personality is most important as these children will benefit from being supported by a strong individual with a can-do attitude.

After completion of a successful academic year, teacher training will be an option for the candidate.
