Responsibilities

Planning, organizing, supervising, scheduling and coordinating installations of photovoltaic (PV) solar systems such as Telcom solar systems (Gp, Robi, Airtel and Banglalink), Off -grid battery backup system, Grid Tie system, Hybrid System, Solar Home System, Mini Grid Solar system, Solar irrigation pumps and Solar charging station. ❖ Determine the feasibility and design requirements of possible solar PV system deployment sites. ❖ Preparing solar system materials delivery schedule, engaging installer and supervise installation work of solar plants. ❖ Incorporate solar plant materials to the site and coordinate the services of clients during project installation work and ensure product warranty after sell service. ❖ Provide technical and maintenance support... related to major electrical and mechanical equipment of solar powerplant. ❖ Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) & others safety equipment during work time. ❖ Estimation, requisition placement and coordinate with procurement department for the required materials. ❖ Develop and maintain system design, drawing, instrumentation and process flow diagrams. ❖ Carry out a number of tests such as Performance Acceptance Test (PAT), PV module capacity test, cable insulation dielectric test, short circuit and open circuit test of PV to ensure the quality of equipment. ❖ Drawing/document submission/approvals, scheduling, factory inspection, proving the guaranteed prepared a generalized check list of review of all standard. ❖ Responding frequent phone calls and email from clients, head office whenever necessary. ❖ Follow up on-site installation work and provide up-to-date solar project implementation status to clients, higher management of the office.
