Position: Partner Marketing Manager

Working Hours: Flexible schedule within US business hours

Hiring Company: We are a provider of 24/7 live chat and customer service teams to over 100 eCommerce brands with 100... employees and a great culture. We launched in 2015 and have a fully remote team of 100+ employees in the Philippines (including Manager, Client Management, Sales, etc.).

Position Summary:

As Partner Marketing Manager, you will identify, pursue, manage relationships and projects for partner marketing initiatives that drive marketing qualified leads as well as thought leadership to leverage for more opportunities. This includes guest blog posts and podcast guesting with industry partners, events that we sponsor as well as events that we host, and internal content (blog, social, email newsletter, etc.).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Prospecting & outreach to secure partnership opportunities
• Plan/do partner marketing calendar (blogs/podcasts/event/etc.)
• Manage partner relationships as main point of contact
• Manage 3rd party vendors as needed for content creation
• Execute partnership marketing promotion (social, email, etc.)
• Define / find social engagement routine other role engages

Work Experience:

• * Experience being the primary relationship and point of contact in B2B marketing partnerships
• * Experience with project management of internal and external stakeholders in a B2B environment
• * Topical experience with eCommerce strategy & marketing (email marketing, CRO, etc.), and online marketing in general.
• * Experience managing external vendors in creation of content (writers, podcast editors, creative designers, etc.)
• Ideally, has experience implementing improvements (or creating) a content marketing program to better achieve target outcomes; and
• Experience collaborating or working in multiple different marketing areas (i.e. partner, content marketing, etc.)

Qualifications Required:

• * Fluent in conversational English, written and verbal.
• Ideally, at least 1 year of work from home experience
