Responsibilities:
• Manage all accounting functions/control activities including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc.
• Prepare and ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing in accordance with Financial Reporting Standards
• Liaise closely with local and overseas projects team and QS for project accrual accounting and ensure on time project cost monitoring
• Preparation of GST and Corporate Income Tax returns
• Prepare and maintain audit and tax schedules, reconciliations, and statutory reporting for tax and audit purposes
• Preparation of year end statutory accounts
• Liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretary, banks, JV partners and other external parties
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
• A self-starter who is able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
• Self-motivated, team-player, resourceful, hands-on and meticulous
• You have worked as a Senior Accounts... Executive or similar role
• Knowledge in Epicor and Accpac accounting software will be advantageous
• Diploma/Degree in Accountings
