New Home Sales Rep

Position Summary
The New Home Sales Representative, Residential Sales will be a key team member and will be responsible for execution of residential sales programmes across a growing portfolio of projects. Reporting directly to the Director, Residential Sales and working alongside the Residential Sales team, this role will be part of a dynamic group to execute the sales process.
The successful candidate will be expected to take a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to ensure the success of all pre-construction sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. They will assist in improving systems, maximizing value, and developing efficiencies.

Responsibilities:
• Communicate with external sales representatives, brokers, clients and purchasers to execute site specific sales strategies;
• Generate sales, meeting sales targets & liaising with brokers, sales agents, clients and purchasers;
• Continually... review and improve sales and CRM tools, procedure, and infrastructure to enhance efficiency, and support growth;
• Provide input on sales and marketing strategy including, product development, marketing initiatives, public relations, events and project activations;
• Provide input on sales collateral and presentation of sales recommendation through collaboration with the Development and Sales teams;
• Advise on product development stages on floor plans, amenity spaces in response to market feedback;
• Conduct market research and studies for comparable projects and track market trends.

Academic/Professional Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field an asset.

Required Skills/Experience:
• Licensed realtor under RECO in good standing is an asset but not necessary
• Have experience in new homes & condominium sales;
• Have the ability to pre-qualify customers and close sales;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Are willing to cultivate strong relationships with platinum, VIP and other real estate agents focusing on pre-construction condominiums;
• Possess a sense of urgency, accountability, and job ownership;
• Flexible to shift gears in a fast-past environment and able to work independently;
• Strong work ethic with ability to work long hours during the launch phase of a project;
• Possess conflict resolution skills;
• Strong closing skills a must
