Responsibilities:

Our client is a leading of international and local researchers company. They're independent social enterprise that supports the international community to navigate and adapt policy, programmes, and projects to emerging and progressively complex, fragile, and high-risk environments. Now they're expend their business and looking for a professional project accountant to help and support their team.

Working Hours: Mon - Fri

Working Location: Ratchaprasong, Bangkok
• Enter data into SAP with appropriate fields, databases, records, and files.
• Ensure monthly invoices are completed as required with expense reports, supported with relevant documentation.
• Record monthly financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Proper cost allocation of each transaction to the correct cost center and budget line.
• Recording of travel expenditure as per travel policy and proper cost allocation.
• Manage petty cash, receipts and invoices.
• Organize and file corresponding... documentation for accounting and audit purposes.
• Issue sales invoices.
• Assist the finance Coordinator with ad-hoc matters as required.
• Further responsibilities, tasks and competences will be adjusted based on organizational developments.
• Closure of monthly financial results and issue monthly projects financial reports from the system.

Experience Requirements:
• BA degree in finance, accounting or similar field.
• At least 3 years experience in accounting, Project Costing, bookkeeping and finance in the field of NGOs and/or private sector is an advantage.
• Good command of written and verbal English.
• Familiar with a multinational cultural working environment is an advantage.
• Flexible in working across different time zones
