About Our Client
Our client is a prestigious top-tier global law firm and one of the leading names in the commercial legal industry
They are seeking an Operations Manager OR Facilities Manager for their Hong Kong office to manage a sizeable administration and operations team (c.30 team members)
Do you have what it takes to work with and one of the region's largest international law firms by head count?

Oversee the facilities management of the firm's premises in Hong Kong, such as office equipment maintenance, office cleaning, safety and security
Ensure office operations, the mailing team... research team, storage team and facilities team are properly maintained
Monitor management of common spaces such as conference rooms, pantry, mailing room, storage and reception
Ensure the facilities comply with local regulations relating to safety, environmental, health, hygiene and security standards in the workplace, amongst others
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the firm’s health and safety policies, procedures and initiatives
Provide backup for office administrative duties, set up the internal business services policies
Perform ad hoc support to the administration team as assigned, such as renovation or maintenance projects
The successful applicant:
Degree in Business, HR, Property/ Facility Management or relevant discipline;
Minimum 15 years of working experience in general office or facilities administration or operations; especially with good technical and facilities knowledge
Ability to demonstrate strong experience in a sizable MNC is a distinct advantage
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of both written and verbal English and Chinese
A good team player, with strong interpersonal and communication
Able to work independently with strong sense of accountability
Highly organized with attention to detail, works in a collaborative manner, a team player who is open to changes to improve efficiency
