We are looking for an Operations Manager to be part of our global Account Management, a key member in Bolt Food’s Commercial HQ team. The team’s mission is to build and drive a high performing Commercial organization across Europe and Africa and work with both local and central stakeholders to achieve long-term goals for Bolt Food business.The Commercial HQ team consists of diverse individuals who work together to scale our commercial operations across the following functions: Sales Operations, Account Management, Strategic Partnerships and Commercial Excellence.The Account Management domain is responsible for generating long term value for the platform by actively managing our most valuable Providers (restaurants and merchants).As an Operations Manager within the Account Management you will contribute to strategy planning processes, leading and deploying projects and supporting local markets in the execution. You will help to build Bolt Food’s core competency (Account Management... through collaboration with cross functional teams: Sales & Merchant Operations to ensure exceptional merchants experience, Product & Incentive teams to aid development and implementation of solutions enabling business growth, and Business Analyst team to support on setting domain targets. Last but not least, you’ll be responsible for deployment, adoption of the CRM to drive performance management within the Account Management domain.We expect you to be a genuine and proactive team player as you will need to embrace ambiguity at a global scale and approach business challenges in a data-driven and structured manner. It is key to have great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once, with strong prioritization skills.
Your daily adventures will include :
• Build, execute and scale Account Management global projects and operating processes in alignment with the functions overall strategy.
• Support local teams performance by working closely to ensure successful execution on set targets and goals.
• Monitor and control input and output KPIs that are connected to our key merchants' performance and growth from global to local levels.
• Identify business opportunities on business metrics and feedback, to use across central Products, Incentive, Marketing teams for development of solutions to grow business.
• Improve Merchant campaigns execution and framework for each market, including: campaigns planning, target setting, reviewing results to continuously optimize performance.
• Enable the account management team by providing ad hoc training, facilitating exchanging best practices and sharing knowledge.
• Manage and continually improve Account Management playbooks and knowledge base.
• Support the development of a high performance Account Management culture, instilling focus, integrity and results.
• Prioritize, implement and scale global projects and initiatives in the most efficient ways.
• Help hire engaged & committed local team members to serve merchant management needs.
• Define & implement new GTM Strategies.
What we are looking for :
• *Bachelor/Master’s degree *in Business Administration or related field.
• *5+ years of previous relevant experience *in account management, sales operations, business development, campaign management or similar roles.
• Experience in Data Analytics & Campaigns Management.
• ****Experience in mapping, improving processes and driving use of the SalesForce CRM.
• *You are an *analytical thinker who loves to solve problems (advanced Excel skills are a must).
• *Proven *stakeholder management and effective prioritization on business impact.
• *Be an *owner and proactively find solutions to business problems.
• *You are *organized. You deliver stuff on time & handle stress well.
• *You are *social. You can easily network with people of all backgrounds.
• ****Knowledge of the recruitment process, experience hiring top talent.
• Excellent communication & written skills in English.
• *Must be willing to *travel across different markets throughout Europe & Africa.
• *Ready to relocate *to Tallinn, Estonia, where our HQ is located.
