Here at Wyatt International, we have an exciting opportunity available for a Marketing Account Manager to join our team, in a hybrid role with 2 to 3 days per week based in Birmingham. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £27,000-£34,000 per annum, alongside an extensive benefits package.

About The Role

The Account Manager will act as a central source of project direction and account management expertise in multichannel B2B marketing campaigns, working within... a multidisciplinary client service cluster. You will be responsible for leading and shaping client relationships, to maintain and grow accounts.

The role of the Account Manager is all-encompassing and will utilise your wide skillset. On a day-to-day basis, you will:
• Pro-actively seek out and identify opportunities to create value and increase share of wallet through cross-selling activities
• Deliver research and strategic thinking for tenders and new business opportunities – including attending initial meetings and leading pitches and presentations.
• Develop and write creative briefs, thinking strategically to understand the customer challenge and provide clear direction to creatives.
• Manage workflow and resources to ensure all work is scheduled effectively.
• Oversee on-time campaign delivery, co-ordinating agency teams and liaising with and managing outsourcing partners.
• Support Wyatt International’s brand and marketing activity, such as creation of client case studies and testimonials, as well as being involved where appropriate in webinars, speaking opportunities and networking events.
• Provide analysis and reporting of campaign performance

Our ideal Marketing Account Manager will have:
• Experience of client relationship management, ideally gained in a brand, digital or marketing agency.
• Excellent time and project management skills, including proficiency in Excel and planning systems.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, in writing and in person.
• An eye for detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads.
• Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to assimilate and interpret data and information.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage people effectively.
• The ability to work in a team balanced with being able to self-start and self-motivate.
• A sociable, confident and outgoing nature.
