Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments.
Manage all incoming and outgoing communications.
Schedule travel and planning social and corporate events.
Dealing in Strategic and confidential plans and conduct ad-hoc research.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Assist in Monitoring of all dept from Admin/Finance/Procurements / Operations/ Pre-Sales.
Report suspicious matters/customers to the relevant compliance team as needed.
Produce reports, presentations and briefs as require.
All other tasks related to the operations and expansions of the business as needed.
Coordinate and manage vendors and contractors.
Assist in Client Relationship management, strategic growth, commercial proposals and file
organization.
Support with projects management tasks such as collate information, research and follow ups.
• Any other professional requirements as found necessary
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalents.
Fluent in English in spoken and... written is a must.
proficiency in MS Word, Excel (advanced), PowerPoints, data/financial analysis tools and
management presentations
Excellence interpersonal and communication Skills.
Able to work under minimum supervision and pressure.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Excellent discretion and confidentiality
High level of accountability and ownership of tasks.
Ability to multitask effectively.

After regular working hours, still keep a tab on business related communications and help with urgent
