Key Responsibilities
• Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of medical equipment
• Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs
• Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location
• Interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services, product management, and marketing/sales
• Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database
• Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits.
• Timely complete and submit all required paperwork
• To prepare technical specifications and tender documents for the proposed biomedical equipment.
• Working with users, purchasing department and vendors on the requirements and specifications for biomedical equipment and systems.
• Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions
• Weekend standby when needed/requested by... customers to ensure service continuity
• Weekend standby on rotational basis and to be on-site when needed/requested by customers to ensure service continuity
• Willing to work overtime as needed by customers to ensure service continuity, including emergency onsite troubleshooting of Medical Equipment.
• Be a team player to all departments in the company
• Misc. other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a Snr System Engineer/ Asst Manager

Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualifications in electronics or Biomedical engineering.
• Candidate with business management knowledge or IT will be an advantage.
• 3-5 years of experience in service and maintenance of medical capital equipment.
• Working knowledge in Computer networking is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel.
• Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
• Training will be provided both locally and overseas
