• Responsible for managing org wide G-Suite Administration (GWS)
• Responsible for managing org wide JAMF system management tool
• Administration of Windows systems using Intune system management
• Troubleshoot general Mac OSX and Windows OS Issues, Update, Upgrade and

support
• Troubleshoot Printer, Scanner and other peripheral issues
• Responsible for managing IT Networks onsite including but not limited to,

troubleshooting Firewalls, Switches, Access Points and WAN
• Work with vendors on need basis for triaging issues not limited to hardware and

internet service providers
• Responsible for managing local IT assets within the IT Asset register
• Managing and administering Biometric solution
• Configure and provide Biometric.
• Interact with stakeholders and employees globally at the technical level, as

required.
• Perform Regular Audits of IT Assets and Applications.
• Configure and scale IT systems and networks for a rapidly growing organization.
• Assist with hardware and... software issues.
• Defining and document best practices and support procedures.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the

scope of duties enumerated above.
• Manage system and network monitoring - configuring network devices, firewalls,

access points, routers etc
• Participate and drive various audits from time to time.

Must have requirements
• 7+ Yrs experience in IT support and system administration.
• Experience in network administration.
• Experience in System and network monitoring.
• Experience with Linux Server deployment and Administration.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows, and macOS.
• Experience working with G-Suite Administration

Great to have requirements
• Experience in Cybersecurity is good to have.
• Experience working with Biometric access.
• Familiarity with leading Infrastructure platforms such as GCP, Azure, and AWS is

a big plus.
• Knowledge of IT audit processes & standards such as HIPAA, SOC-2 SSAE18 and

ISO-27001
