Duties:
• Financial strategy and company policy establishment
• Responsible for P&L reporting system
• Development of financial schemes and its implementation in the work
• Development and implementation of financial control procedure
• Monitoring of financial discipline
• Management of the Finance Department
• Tax planning and optimization
• Operational and Strategic Planning, Budgeting, and variance analysis
• Operational cost and stock control, accounts receivable and accounts payable tracking.
• Analysis and minimizing of Financial and economic activities cost of the Company
• Planning, management, and control of cash flow.
• Automation process of accounting and management accounts
• Procurement of goods control, optimization of stock balance.
• Communication with tax authorities, financial structures (banks) and other regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
• Higher education (Accounting, Finance)
• Experience as a chief... accountant
• Knowledge of financial and management accounting, tax law, «1С:Accounting»
• Experience Uniform and USAL budgeting system
• Knowledge of international financial reporting standards
• Fluency in English or Turkish
