Job Description Summary
As the Project Manager & Integrated Solutions Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing software deployment and service implementation projects for our High Acuity Care products. The Project Manager & Integrated Solutions Specialist also works with clients and GEHC employees to plan and execute the projects assigned to him/her within budget and on time. Beside project management tasks you will be responsible for leading the integration work and to define and customized business intelligence reports for our High Acuity Care products.

Project Manager and Integrated Solutions Specialist, High Acuity Care will be responsible for Project and Service delivery of High Acuity Anesthesia and Intensive Care products. You will also have technical knowledge in developing and debugging integrated solutions between our High Acuity and 3rd party products.
You are leading project communication, implementation and service delivery and doing integrated solutions mainly in... Sweden. You will be part of a strong Healthcare High Acuity team. In delivery projects and service phase, you will create and deliver technical IT specification in Swedish and drive technical discussions directly with Swedish customers in local language.

Job Description
Responsibilities
• Overall project planning, monitoring and control of all project resources
• Service delivery design and management
• Responsibility for resilient revenue planning (forecast)
• Synchronization of internal and external expectations for specific projects and service delivery
• Project and service delivery reporting to internal and external stakeholder
• Change Management: Coordination of the transition phase with the goal of sustainable change
• Risk management including control measures
• Main contact person also in case of conflicts throughout all account life-cycle phases
• Project acceptance planning and implementation including definition of test scenarios
• Procurement management: coordination of deliveries
• Elaboration of the professional and technical documentation
• Work directly with Healthcare customers and third parties on the development of the hospital workflow
• Close collaboration with other functions such as sales, application specialists and technical experts
• Close collaboration with global functions such as engineering, product management and marketing
• Technical document creation and delivery specifically in the area of system integration

In integrated solutions implementation:
• Planning, coordination and execution of system integrations of High Acuity Care products with different communication systems like Hospital Information Systems, Billing Systems, Inventory Management Systems, Laboratory Systems, Electronic Health Record Systems, etc.
• Work directly with Healthcare customers and third parties on the development of the hospital workflow and interface environment.
• Consult customers in Business Intelligence and analyze / classify their requirements and ideas.
• Create Business Intelligence reports and dashboards.
• Work to solve incidents and problems related to existing customer environments.
• Close collaboration with regional functions such as sales, application specialists, Installation specialists and technical service.
• Close collaboration with global functions such as engineering, product management and marketing.
• Develop and improve tools, products, processes and services offerings.
• Design and build databases and logic like stored procedures for tools that support the high acuity workflows.
• Create, update and improve database cubes and complex statements for reports and statistics.

Qualifications and experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent
• Demonstrate a high level of composure, professionalism, and knowledge of healthcare business environments
• Experience with clinical workflow in ICU’s and OR’s
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, be able to develop effective working relationship with the client and team members
• Problem resolution and creativity in solution development
• Strong customer focus
• Native language - Swedish
• Fluent in English.
• Valid driving license.
• Working mainly remotely, on site presence project dependent up to 30%

Desirable skills
• Relevant experience in Project Management or project leadership role
• Relevant experience in service delivery
• Strong process orientation and a firm commitment to quality.
• Experience working in the Healthcare IT industry and with knowledge of Hospital IT Systems.
• Experience with industry standards like HL7, XML, XSD, XSLT, codepage encoding / conversion, Base64 encoding.
• Knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, FTP, SFTP, SOAP and RESTful Web Services.
• Knowledge of configuring interface engines ideally Lyniate Rhapsody.
• Knowledge in Databases and SQL (scripting, stored procedures etc.)
• Knowledge in MS SQL analysis services and cubes.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools like Crystal Reports, Sisense, Tableau.
• Experience in JavaScript, PowerShell and scripting languages like Python.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Proactive way of working.
• Strong process orientation and a firm commitment to quality.
