Job Responsibilities:

– Carry out the job assigned for water treatment, for the assigned customer.

– Liaison with sales team, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to provide smooth water treatment to the client.

– Developing process engineering in support of day-to-day operations, maintenance and monitor activities.

– Monitoring / evaluating performance and maintaining effective monitoring reports.

– Troubleshooting operational and process quality problems in the following areas – cooling water treatment, boiler water treatment, proves water treatment, chilled water, waste water, domestic water, swimming pool water, etc. providing technical content for operating procedures.

– Carrying out flushing work and supervising the same.

– Look for any additional service requirement for the client.

– Commissioning and troubleshooting of water... treatment controllers / dosing systems.

– Programming and interface the controller of BMS / SCADA system.

– Knowledge on Ethernet / IP address communication.

– Review current treatment program (case study) and provide enhanced technical support.

– Corrosion coupon monitoring.

– Biological control measures based onsite – spot / lab test methods.

– Calibration of special sensors like PTSA, Fluorometers, Online corrators, Turbidity, ORP etc.

– Coordinating with equipment suppliers for troubleshooting the dosing systems (Controllers, Pumps, Sensors) etc.

– It will be your responsibility to support business in all aspects of work mainly related to water treatment chemicals, to provide after sales service to the existing and new customers.

– The role includes analyzing water samples, studying, and implementing various water treatment chemical programs for boiler, cooling tower/condenser water, chilled water, swimming pool and general purpose. You would also be required to follow up and to continue to maintain the business relationship with the customer independently. You will maintain schedules and reports of work planned and completed in accordance with the administrative systems operated by the company.

– The job also involves considerable liaison with our sales team, consultants, contractors, and the customers you will be required to provide technical support to business’ licensees and customers.

– In conducting your work, you will observe all Health and Safety directives or guidelines in force in the company and as may be imposed by the customer. You will be expected to make full use of safety equipment always issued to you by the company and act in a safe responsible manner.

– Project management.

Condenser water:

– Carry put the job assigned for water treatment for the assigned customer.

– Liaison with our sales team, consultants, contractors, and our suppliers and provide smooth water treatment to our client.

– Knowledge of water treatment specialty chemical dosage and calculations.

– Developing process engineering in support of day-to-day operations, maintenance and monitor activities.

– Monitoring / evaluating performance and maintaining effective monitoring reports.

– Troubleshooting operational and process quality problems in the following areas:- cooling water treatment, process water treatment, chilled water, condensers etc.

– Providing technical content for operating procedures.

– Carrying out flushing work and supervising the same.

– Look for any additional service requirement for the client.

– Commissioning and troubleshooting of water treatment controllers / dosing systems.

– Material handling and Installation.

– Maintenance of chemical stock and coordination with Logistics to maintain adequate stock for water treatment.

– Onsite training to Customers, Clients, site operatives etc.

Chilled Water unit:

– Plant equipment installation with reference to Schematic, P&ID, Piping Layout and Isometric Drawings.

– Raising RFI & coordinating with the consultant for the approval upon the completion of Installation, Testing & Commissioning.

– Coordinate with Client regarding site readiness to commence installation activities.

– Accomplish the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.

– Optimize the plant performance to the designed commitment.

– Coordinate with project team to execute the plant actions.

– Diagnosing & providing recommendation in process-oriented issues.

– Preparation of Method statement, Checklist, TRA for Installation, Testing & Commissioning.

– Generating monthly O&M, AMC Services report, monthly production & chemical consumption report and water analysis report.

– Surveying and submitting report of the actual/as built site condition with recommendation to sales team prior to bidding.

– In site — Apply & Close the work permit and maintain the safety rules.

– Review in accordance with client’s procedure.

– Review client’s drawings.

– Ensuring the materials are uses for the work is compliance with the specified requirements.

– Monitor the storage and handling materials.

Chilled/Condenser & Pipeline – Chemical Flushing:

– Monitoring of HDPE welding and fabrication activity of chill water pipeline.

– Preparing the threading installation.

– Preparing for water Leak Test.

– Check the system to be flushed.

– Carry out the hoses, pipe, fittings, pump etc. installation.

– Carry out the flushing.

– Assist engineer for consultant inspection and approval.

– Coordinate for the site activities with our engineer.

Domestic water tank cleaning, Flushing, and disinfection:

– Check the tank and domestic water system to be flushed.

– Carry out the hoses, pipe, fittings, pump etc. installation.

– Supervise the tank cleaning and disinfection.

– Assist engineer for consultant inspection and approval.

– Coordinate for the site activities with our engineer.

– Get the approval, WCR, Invoice approval etc.

– Carry out the water analysis and have site report.

Swimming pool, Fountain, Jacuzzi cleaning and Boiler water treatment:

– Check the system to be maintained.

– Clean the pool and add the chemicals as advised.

– Carry out the backwash of the filter.

– Coordinate for the site activities with our engineer.

– Get the approval, WCR, Invoice approval etc.

– Carry out the water analysis and have site report.

– Troubleshooting operational and process quality problems in the following areas:- cooling water treatment, boiler water treatment, process water treatment, chilled water, wastewater, domestic water, swimming pool water, etc.. providing technical content for operating procedures.

Job Requirements:

– Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience.

– Education: Engineering in Chemical.

– UAE driving license is mandatory.
