- Together with Account directly present plans, ideas (proposal) to customers effectively and convincingly.

- Coaching and developing team members' skills and knowledge.

- Building teamwork spirit to get better achievements.

- Researching event markets & update event knowledge from other sources

- Keeping timeline on track and having back-up plan in every circumstances.
