Job Description
• Prepare fillings, mixing dough, and glazing of pastries
• Maintain an adequate supply of baking products and order as needed
• Follow proper storage and refrigeration to ensure freshness and suitability of products
• Ensure the proper storage of baking utensils
• Follow Food and Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures
• Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and all food preparation areas
• Ensure the pastries are prepared on time and meet quality and quantity standards
• Develop new bake pastries for the cafe menu and conduct food tasting
• Control cost by minimizing spoilage, waste as well as proper storage
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements
• Diploma or Nitec, Certificate in Pastry & Baking or similar preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in baking or related
• With a heart to serve and enjoy working in a Food and Beverage environment
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Work well with others
