Hybrid (1-2 days / week in the office)

We’re looking for a Marketing professional who can work with a wide range of teams across the business and manage and develop the customer journey to ensure the best possible experience for guests to maximise their break and support revenue drivers. This is an ideal step up for a Senior Marketing Executive. Our Guest Communications Manager is responsible for all pre-arrival communications , whether that’s how to book activities, restaurants etc or ad hoc communications relating to unforeseen circumstances.

Your Opportunity:

To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by:

- Managing the content, development and execution of all Pre-Arrival email and Guest communications relating to booked breaks.

- Project managing the development of the pre-arrival email campaign, working with teams across the various functions

- Proactively analysing... and reviewing campaigns to understand effectiveness recommend improvements.

- Managing weekly Guest Comms meeting then ensuring relevant updates are included

What we’d like you to bring:

- Experience of working in a broad marketing/communications role, ideally with some experience with email communication/CRM

- Strong project management skills, you will be pulling together information from a number of different sources

- Analytical skills, enabling you to review how successful your campaigns are

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy

- The ability to pivot as needed, urgent things can often crop up
