Purpose:

This role is responsible for managing and developing the marketing communication strategies for target customer groups across all of Not On The High Street's marketing channels. This role will emphasise content and campaign planning, traditional advertising, PR and organic social.

Sound knowledge and understanding of digital and paid media channels as part of the marketing mix is crucial.

This role will be reporting to the Head of Acquisition with a dotted line to the Head of Brand & Creative, working closely with channel owners to ensure the campaigns/messaging is appropriate for the stage of the customer journey.

Accountabilities:
• Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with brand direction
• Targeting customer groups through the funnel including awareness, consideration and purchase
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce effective promotional materials
• Managing communications spending and managing/working with vendors and agencies
• Leading the planning and implementation of the PR strategy and initiatives related to the brand
• Tracking and measuring the effectiveness of various campaigns and course corrections as required
• Setting the social media community and influencer strategy and its execution across Meta, TikTok and Pinterest
• Leading on all research and customer trends to support brand marketing activity planning
• Prepare adequate business data analysis to facilitate team understanding of brand performance

Technical Skills:
• Able to set success metrics to measure the performance of marketing activities
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, a metrics-driven marketing mind
• Knowledge of key marketing trends and influencers
• Experience in producing press releases and communications
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the digital landscape
• In depth understanding of social media, and experience in producing con,tent especially for Meta, Pinterest and TikTok
• Interested in contemporary culture, industry innovations and new technologies
• Strong understanding of the roles of different marketing channels and how they align with success metrics
• Experience in managing relationships with external suppliers including agencies, designers and print suppliers
• Experience with using Google Analytics or other similar analytics tools

Hybrid workplace

For 2022 we began trialling fully remote months in January (to avoid the snow) and August (to enjoy the sun).

Our recruitment processes are fully remote, taking advantage of the wonders of modern-day technology.
