We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in Lalitpur, Nepal. The ideal candidate should have a Salesforce Developer certification and at least 2 years of experience in Salesforce development. The candidate should also have knowledge in one of the popular programming languages like Java or Python.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test and deploy custom Salesforce applications, using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components and other technologies as needed.

Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems, using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware and other tools.

Implement and maintain Salesforce features and functionality, such as workflows, approval processes, triggers, validation rules, custom objects, fields and layouts.

Write unit tests and perform code reviews to ensure code quality, scalability and maintainability.

Debug and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations, using Salesforce tools and... logs.

Monitor and optimize Salesforce performance, using tools like Salesforce Optimizer and third-party solutions.

Collaborate with other developers, architects, administrators and stakeholders to define and implement solutions that meet business needs.

Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features and best practices, and provide recommendations on how to leverage them.

Maintain technical documentation, such as design documents, technical specifications and deployment guides.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Salesforce Developer certification is a must.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce development.

Knowledge in one of the popular programming languages like Java or Python.

Proficient in database and data warehouse concepts and technologies.

Proficient in one of the major cloud providers such as AWS or Azure.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salary:

The salary range for a qualified candidate is 150000 to 200000 NPR monthly for this role. We also offer competitive benefits.
