**Job Purpose**

We are looking for a skilled project manager with experience in software project management or IT solutions to join our project management team. You will be responsible for leading and creating cutting-edge, scalable data science, and AI/machine learning projects across a wide range of industries with data science and software engineering teams. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking and creativity to identify opportunities and propose solutions to drive new initiatives, test and validate the ideas, work flexibly and deal with unforeseen circumstances. In addition, as a senior project manager, you will help the company save struggling projects, improve operation workflow and project management within the company, and act as a consultant to guide junior members of the team.
• *Accountabilities**

- Lead end-to-end project management from project initiation to project delivery for client and ensure that the project meets client expectations

... Communicate and translate complex business requirements into technical requirements with internal and external key stakeholders, including the scope of work and Definition of Done

- Act as the main point of contact for clients/partners, communicate project progress including updates, roadblocks and any other related issues to key stakeholders and ensure that key stakeholders are aligned with the project progress

- Work closely with data scientists and software engineers in technical planning and project implementation to create cutting edge scalable data science/machine learning products for clients

- Manage resource planning, and resource allocation and ensure that the project is delivered within the budget and time constraints

- Seek out and identify potential risks, change management and ensure those risks are informed to stakeholders along with proposed solutions

- Monitor the performance of Project Managers (Associate) and provide them with practical guidance as required

- Research and monitor competitors, trends, and industry
• *Qualifications**

- Experience as a lead in a project team discussion

- At least 4 years of professional experience working in project management or program management role

- Experience in agile methodologies in project planning, project execution, and project delivery

- Bachelor’s degree or higher related to computer science or information technology, a related technical background involving software development, or equivalent experience

- Experience in tech startup or technology company

- Familiar with data science and AI/Machine learning project execution

- Certified PMP, Agile/Scrum, and other coaching and facilitations are a plus

- Project management (focused on project planning, operation, and delivery) in a cross-team functional environment with 5 parties

- Team management and people skills (monitoring and mentoring)

- Effective communication and presentation fluency in Thai

- Technical competence (understands and integrates appropriate project management tools and processes)
