Responsibilities
• Act as a key role for tasks/projects implementation, including business processes and requirements collection & clarification, documentation... etc.
• Participate into interaction with Business, Compliance and Technology teams.
• Work closely with development and QA during design, development and testing phases.
• Assist team leader on task / project management.

Requirements
• Bachelor or above degree in IT related disciplines.
• Strong communication skill. Be able to influence stakeholders and build trusted working relationships is a plus.
• Be familiar with requirement analysis management and be able to map customer expectation into features.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in different domains.
• Strong testing skills.
• Be sensitive to data, experience on ETL is a plus.
• BA experience in Financial/Insurance industry knowledge is a plus.
• Experienced in Agile project delivery is a plus.
• Good team player with a positive/can-do attitude.
• Fluent English Reading, Writing and Speaking.
