JOB TITLE: GENERAL MANAGER NYS INVESTMENT (Pty) Ltd REPORTING: THE POSITION REPORTS TO NYS INVESTMENT BOARD DUTY STATION: NYS HEAD OFFICE, WINDHOEK DURATION: 3-YEAR CONTRACT
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To strategically coordinate and direct all commercial aspects of the NYS Investments (PTY) Ltd thereby ensuring business sustainability.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs)
⦁ Provide Strategic Directions for business performance.
⦁ Performs Finance & Administration functions.
⦁ Ensure business development and market penetrations.
⦁ Take custodianship of Human Resources functions.
⦁ Stakeholder Engagement to maintain a sound working relationship with key stakeholders.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
⦁ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a commercial-related qualification, an MBA will... be an added advantage.
⦁ A minimum of 10 years of working experience in a commercial environment of which 5 years should be at the management level.
⦁ Driver’s license
⦁ Namibian citizen or permanent resident
