We are looking for a Secretary to manage our front desk on a daily basis receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately. Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
Duties & Responsibilities:
. Provide reception service in an efficient, professional and courteous manner
. Meet and great visitors and redirect them as appropriate
. Providing support to the administrative functions
. Utilizing available technologies to serve our clients
. Managing Call Center Operations
. Identify customers needs and offer solutions
. Assuring customers satisfaction through maintaining a comfortable and neat reception area that is well organized and equipped with sufficient material, brochures
. Greeting & interacting well with visitors.
. Ensuring a neat, tidy and pleasant appearance of the reception area.
. Maintaining security by following procedures, monitoring logbook & issuing visitors badges.
. Fast, courteous, and... knowledgeable customer service and support.
. High quality call script delivery & on target customer conversion.
. Problem solving with positive attitude.
. Excellent relationship building with ability to form a rapport with any customers
