We have an immediate opening in our team for a Performance Digital Marketing Executive, based out of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This position will be reporting to the Brand Manager.

ABOUT THE JOB:

The Performance Digital Marketing Executive will take the lead role in generating demands and growth opportunities of our brands at scale, through online marketing activities across channels. Below is the main accountability:
• Responsible for execution effective paid media strategy, the day-to-day running of all social ads & search campaigns (under the guidance of line manager)
• Track and improve the performance of digital and social marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools, CRM
• Optimize and... improve cost efficiency and performance to achieve monthly revenue target
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (CIR, ROAS..)
• Assist the marketing decision-making by analyzing and providing insights on customer behavior, addressing performance issues, and suggesting solutions for the management team.
• Provide up-to-date and daily reports or dashboards about digital performance for each brand to management team.

WORKING EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Experience with B2C ads campaign to drive sale on Face-book ads, social media, Google Adwords SEM, SEO
• Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Data studio…)
• Deep understanding of the digital environment and evolving tools and platforms used to improve online presence
• Good communication in English in both written and verbal
