Your daily tasks will entail:

managing R&D; projects from A to Z (e.g., introducing new production equipment, optimizing production flows, purchasing, improving production IT resources)

working on operational excellence by improving production processes

developing manufacturing... solutions and introducing new equipment

working on the company’s technological innovation roadmap and strategy

preparing and managing offers and integrated solutions

acting as the point of contact between Operations, IT, and NPD teams as well as external partners and vendors

preparing projects and reporting on project implementation

What we expect from you:

manufacturing and/or engineering project management background

technical and analytical mindset

excellent project management skills

experience in print production

great English (both written and spoken)

excellent communication and time management skills

Experience in technical projects and innovation implementation will be considered an advantage.
